Physical Therapy Designed Around YOU

Philosophy

Healing is rarely about one muscle, one joint, or one diagnosis. It's about understanding the whole person and recognizing how your experiences, nervous system, environment, and goals influence the way you move and function. My role is to combine thoughtful clinical reasoning with individualized care to help you achieve meaningful, lasting results.

Treatment Approaches

Every treatment plan is thoughtfully designed around your unique needs, goals, and clinical presentation. Depending on your condition, care may include one or more of the following evidence-informed approaches:

Advanced Hands-On Manual Therapy

Skilled manual therapy, including myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve function.

Visceral Manipulation

Gentle manual therapy techniques that address restrictions within the visceral system to improve comfort, mobility, and function when clinically appropriate.

Individualized Therapeutic Exercise

Personalized exercise programs designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and confidence while supporting long-term function.

Dry Needling

A targeted neuromuscular treatment used to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and optimize muscle performance.

Mindfulness-Based Rehabilitation for Chronic Pain

An evidence-informed approach integrating pain neuroscience, mindful awareness, breathing strategies, and therapeutic movement to support nervous system regulation, reduce pain-related fear, and promote lasting recovery.

Neurologic & Neurodevelopmental Rehabilitation

An evidence-informed approach that applies principles of neuroplasticity, motor learning, and lifespan development to optimize movement and function. My experience treating infants through older adults provides a unique perspective on how the nervous system develops and adapts throughout life, strengthening the clinical reasoning that guides every treatment plan.
